I got inspired so I thought of selecting my Top 12 photos of 2017. Some of them I selected because I liked the photo and others the experience in taking them but for all of them it is a way to remember some of the places I have visited but mostly the people I have met. My eleventh photo is of a Orangutan walking on the ground. I was walking from my house to the dining area to eat breakfast before heading out to look for mammals. To my surprise a met a male solitude orangutan on the street just in front of me. I grabbed my camera and gently took some strides to the side so he could pass me easily. He didn't notice me at all because he just walked on while I photographed him. The experience was totally awesome because he was really human like. Even more than some of my friends. My special thanks go to Mike Gordon and the Adventure Alternative Borneo team because they can find almost whatever mammals, birds and even snakes you want to photograph. At the same time, they are extremely careful in treating the animals with respect because they know nature is delicate.
