I got inspired so I thought of selecting my Top 12 photos of 2016. Some of them I selected because I liked the photo and others the experience in taking them but for all of them them it is a way to remember some of the places I have visited but mostly the people I have meet. Photo number six of the vocalizing Pig-tailed Macaque is taken Sabah, Borneo during a breathtaking boat trip on the Kinabatangan River. We saw the magnificent landscape with all of the animals and bird and we knew that not far away people and companies were burning the forest to make way for palm oil plantations to be used in everyday products like soap, shampoo, snacks and a lot of other household products. I want to thank TagAlong.se and the incredible friends Andreas, Cheri and Göran for having me as a travel guide and photo workshop leader to Borneo and I hope there will be plenty more the coming years.
